Schulman Residence
The project scope is to design a residence for Gilbert Schulman (0000-0000) and Marsha Schulman (0000-0000).
The project is also known as the Millennium House.
Construction is completed in 1978.
The house is sold to Raymond Eng in 1986, who intends to use it as a “home away from home” for visiting dignitaries. The residence is mostly unoccupied.
In 1987 the home is purchased by Art & Industrial Design, a New York City-based firm specializing in furnishings, props and locations that reflect 20th century decorative art. Art & Industrial Design uses the residence as its official “on location” site, serving as a backdrop for parties and special events. The residence is available for rent to clients by the day, week, or month. Art & Industrial Design ships furniture, sculpture, paintings and other decorative art from their New York City gallery to the residence to be used as props for photos and video shoots or special events.
The house is sold for $200,000 USD on July 28, 2017.
The house is sold for $176,000 USD on January 25, 2018.
The house is sold for $312,500 on June 24, 2022.
