Welcome to the Archives of The Paul Rudolph Institute for Modern Architecture. The purpose of this online collection is to function as a tool for scholars, students, architects, preservationists, journalists and other interested parties. The archive consists of photographs, slides, articles and publications from Goldfinger’s lifetime; physical drawings and models; personal photos and memorabilia; and contemporary photographs and articles.

marcus carriage house renovation

The project scope is to renovate an existing carriage house built in 1905 into a residence.
The project is known as the ‘Caramoor Estate’ in Goldfinger’s office due to the fact it is within walking distance to Caramoor's Center for Music and the Arts.
The residence is sold for $530,000 USD on September 21, 1993.
The residence is sold on February 13, 1996 for $635,000 USD.
The residence is sold for $720,000 USD on December 22, 1997.
The residence is sold for $1,347,000 USD on June 06, 2007.
On March 09, 2012 the residence is listed for sale for $1,799,000 USD.
On May 25, 2012 the sale price is adjusted to $1,790,000 USD.
