Part of our mission at the Paul Rudolph Institute for Modern Architecture is to encourage the preservation of Paul Rudolph’s built work through connecting sellers of Rudolph properties with preservation-minded buyers and design-sensitive real estate professionals.
This often involves providing materials from our archives to real estate professionals and property owners to assist with promoting the historic nature of their property. In addition, we promote the sale of the property through our website and social media with the goal of finding a new owner who will continue to appreciate and preserve it.
If you have a Paul Rudolph-designed property you are planning to sell, please reach out to us and read more about how we can help here.
Unlike other organizations which claim to promote preservation, the Paul Rudolph Institute for Modern Architecture does not provide design services to owners who wish to do gut renovations, additions, or major modifications to Rudolph-designed properties. The Paul Rudolph Institute for Modern Architecture was founded by Ernst Wagner, Trustee and Beneficiary of the Paul Rudolph Estate, and has a fiduciary responsibility to act in the interest of the Paul Rudolph Estate. This includes promoting, preserving and protecting Paul Rudolph’s legacy as he originally designed it.
