Naples Townhouses
The project scope is to design townhouses in Naples, Florida for the Canal Randolph Corporation.
The Canal-Randolph Corporation was founded in Texas in 1955 and later registered in Delaware. The company is active in the real estate sector - planning, building, buying and selling office space in locations in major US cities. Another focus is the rental market. Hotels, leisure properties, farmland, etc. are also part of the business. Parts of the operational business are handled by the 100% subsidiary Canal Randolph Associates Corp. as well as the United Stock Yard Corp. and many other subsidiaries.
The Canal-Randolph Group is one of the biggest companies in the industry until the 1970s.
In 1982 the Vanderbuilt Beach & Harbour Club Condominiums is built on the site.
At the end of the 1980s, financial problems arise and the best assets of the company are sold off, and the stock exchange listing is discontinued.
The project remains unbuilt.
